Daylede, operated by Benri LLC (2108 N ST STE N, Sacramento, CA 95816, United States), delivers digests of recent news and sources on topics you choose. Each issue is generated by AI from sources the system actually fetched, with citations linking to the original publishers.
AI-generated content can be wrong. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any issue. The digests are information, not professional advice — do not treat them as financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice, and verify anything important against the cited source.
Your account
Sign-in is passwordless (email codes, passkeys, or Google). Signing in for the first time creates your account. Keep your email address accurate — it is how we deliver the product and reach you. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you must be at least 13 years old to use Daylede.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the service for unlawful purposes; create topics intended to generate unlawful or infringing content; attempt to access other users' private newsletters or circumvent access controls; scrape, bulk-download, or systematically republish issue content; interfere with the service's operation or evade its rate and usage limits.
Your content
You keep ownership of the topics and prompts you write. You grant Benri LLC a license to process and store them solely to operate the service — generating your newsletters, delivering them, and improving their quality. Newsletters you create are private to your account unless the product explicitly says otherwise.
Plus subscriptions
Plus is a paid monthly subscription billed by Stripe at the price shown at the time of purchase. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and — to the extent permitted by applicable law — fees already paid are not refunded for partial periods. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change, effective from your next renewal. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Intellectual property
The service, its design, and its branding belong to Benri LLC. Issue summaries cite and link to the original publishers; the underlying source content belongs to its respective owners, and nothing in these terms grants you rights to third-party content beyond reading the digests.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including "Your content" licenses already exercised, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benri LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; where that is the case, these limits apply to the maximum extent permitted, and nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts located in California — provided that if you are a consumer habitually resident in another country (including Japan), you retain the protection of any provisions of that country's law that cannot be waived by agreement, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where that law so provides.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the product at least 15 days before they take effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
