US spot Bitcoin ETFs saw their worst week since June with roughly $390 million in net outflows, even as UBS expanded its IBIT call exposure more than 24-fold. Hyperliquid's AQAv2 stablecoin mechanism launches Aug. 26 with up to $200 million a year earmarked for HYPE buybacks, and Ethereum developers are narrowing 66 EIPs for the Hegotá upgrade.
