Wyoming becomes first US state to issue its own stablecoin Wyoming has launched the Frontier Stable Token (FRNT), a fully fiat-backed stable token backed by US dollars and short-duration Treasuries, with a mandatory 2% statutory over-collateralization. The token is deployed across eight blockchains and is managed by the Wyoming Stable Token Commission, with public sales via Kraken. 1
